A |     (ECNS) -- The Trump administration has lifted restrictions on the use of TikTok on federal government devices, saying the short-video app no longer poses a national security threat following the restructuring of its U.S. operations.    The Office of Management and Budget issued a memorandum Monday revoking a 2023 directive that had barred TikTok from federal government devices over security concerns.    On July 6, Trump publicly singled out so-called "China expert" Gordon Chang, criticizing his remarks on China as "always so negative."
